I gave it one star because It will not let me do a negative number. Sadly, I lived there since 2020. When it was run by GreayStar. But once it turned into Aspire about two years ago. It went even farther downhill from there. I lived in a bottom floor unit. Which had a PVC pipe coming out of the wall in the laundry room. Where every now and then it would spew out this brown stinky fluid, which would flood the room. And the drain they have in the floor could not handle much water at any given time. Then after the initial spewing it would continue dribbling for days. Where I had to build a canal out of tinfoil to at least point it towards the still barely capable of handling the continues dribble flowing through. After a few times of this happening, they finally came and put a rubber cap over the pipe. (Which still dribbled out). See picture (that is the aftermath about two weeks later when it finally dried) (Don't mind the yellow gas line in the picture coming from the heater going to the water heater. I guess they didn't want to use the old gas line pipes that are still attached to the walls in there.) Notice the residue left behind in my cannel. I wanted to go get it tested. But in the lease, it states that we cannot get it tested our self's, only management can. But never did! Also, after the third leak in the bathroom where it was pouring out of the fan above the toilet at times, others it was only like a rain coming down. The celling was starting to finally sag and ready to give way any time. It did end up matching the cabinets under the kitchen sink with the same color Mold flourishing in its growth. (see second picture) But don't worry about security. They had every now and then was a security car drive through the parking lot. But according to the lease, they were only there to watch and make sure no one was damaging the grass and other things of their property. Never mind that your car is getting broken into across the parking lot. It's not their responsibility over it. as long as it wasn't theirs. It latterly stated in the lease. I could continue on about many more things but then I would be typing for hours. Also, I would always pay my rent with Money Orders. And about a year ago, Managment came to my door with a 3 day pay or quit notice and informing us of a late fee. Because she said as she handed us back one of the two Money Orders along with the notice as they told us that the "Money Order BOUNCED". I had no idea that a Money Order can BOUNCE?? Also, we need to take it back to the store we bought it at and give it back for a refund. Then we can no longer pay with Money Orders. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Even though I lived on the bottom floor, I needed someone to carry my chair up the flight of stairs for me to leave. So, by myself I was in a cage. If there would have been a fire while home alone, I would of burned down with the building. So, my advice to you, is no matter how much they try sweet talking you into signing a lease. Best thing you can do is RUN LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER RAN BEFORE! and only look back just to make sure they still are not running behind you with the lease and pen still in hand. If you dare to look back. I would only do so once you make it to the store parking lots.

That place is a joke. I wouldn't recommend living there to my worst enemy. We had to weatherized our door cause you could see daylight thru it. They never renovated it but kept trying to tell us that it was and charge us us as much as one. They had even told us that one of our money orders bounced. We was stuck there for four years. They told us that they wouldn't charge us if we moved but yet they put it on our credit. Packages that get sent there turn up missing. There's mold under the sink and it just gets covered up with shelving paper. We got charged for the washer and dryer that was already there and told us that they wouldn't repair them. The only good thing that place had going for it was the store was in walking condition. They claimed to be handicap accessible and they are far from it. My son was in a wheel chair and there's nothing that's handicap accessible there. Nothing but a handicap parking spot that most people parked in anyways! Don't move there. . We even had two people just walk in our apartment and one of them used our bathroom when my son was home alone and seen it on our cameras. Our bathroom has flooded numorus times and had a bubble in our bathroom ceiling. And they charge to much for everything, especially for pets. I'm glad we finally got to move from there!
