        My furnace went out unexpectedly, after doin a little research and trying to fix it myself, I called and had Stryder and Rob come look at my system. They found a bunch of stuff wrong with the old system, and were very professional and giving me their opinions on what to do next. The next day they came out and installed my new furnace and all new a/c unit. They did an amazing job and were very respectful, they cleaned up all their messes and the new system looks works and looks great. Stryder and Rob, you guys rock. Thanks so much again.

        Basement furnace was very old and not working - knew it needed to be replaced. Someone was out the next day to evaluate and confirm. Very competative bid. Responded promptly to all texts and messages. Rob, Cole and Stryker did installation. They were SO professional, friendly and efficient. I am incredibly happy with the service I received and plan to recommend them to friends and family. Honest, nice people!

        Had a company called Yes come in to service our furnace. We had their sticker on our furnace from a while back. We met them at Home Depot and they offered cheap tune ups. We wanted them to look at our furnace because it sounded loud when it was on. They came out. They said they had to red tag our furnace. It was unsafe. The heating exchanger was cracked. They gave us a quote for 11k. I felt sick. My family recommended we call Jones Heating and Air. They said they are honest and I should get a second opinion. They came out and found the other company was dishonest. Needed a new part. $700 later Im back to normal. So glad to be able to work with honest people. They are awesome!! Jeff Durfey saved me a ton of money!! Youre the man!!
