5/18/2023 Austin - HVAC and Brazing Wizard & John - Tech Manager and a wealth of experience and info ( plus great stories) have remedied a complicated situation where we were looking for a refrigerant leak. They diagnosed the issue, had a plan to evaluate where the leak might be and Austin was back quickly to find the leak, repair the refrigerant line and restore the unit to good working condition. They rip me off and these are the repairs that were done...installing a new toilet and fixing a shower handle that broke should have been a one day job but it took 2 days to get it done. First day installed the new toilet and working on replacing the broken shower handle where it took 6 hours but shower was still leaking afterwards didn't know until I pointed it out that it was still leaking cost me $996 and make me late for work for 2 hours, had to come back the second day to fixed the shower again for only an hour and a half another $1000 unbelievable!!! would not recommend these guys stay away if you want to save your money Travis was the techn guy so beware Was quoted to do both for $1,100.
