Tim and his team were wonderful to work with. They were helpful, patient and knowledgable. Tim lives in Peacham, VT where our Farm house and property are located. They know the lay of the land. Our property was unique as the original farmhouse was built in 1791 and was restored as authentically as possible. It also contained many early American country antiques. Tim was patient, diligent and found just the right buyer for the home and the community. We are truly grateful for his help selling our property.
