I found myself in the sudden and rather unexpected situation of having to sell my parents house quickly...from over 200 miles away. Amy and Erika made the whole process so easy! They were very responsive to texts and emails, answering all my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get almost everything done remotely.
