I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Angela over the past month as we develop our new commercial space. I've personally known and worked with Angela at Bennett & Zaikowski PC for about 3 years now and I am a very proud member of their Vermont Apartment Owners Association. Angela saved me from making a very costly mistake as I was previously pulling my leases for my rental units off of the internet! (DO NOT MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE!) I quickly realized after speaking with Angela that I was at serious risk and now I have peace of mind in knowing that all of my leases are drafted by her firm and are meeting the Vermont law 100% . Angela has been such an amazing resource for random Tenant/Landlord questions that have come up over the years and she always takes time out of her busy day to promptly respond to my inquires.
