Frank and his team did an absolutely amazing job working on my case for the past 9 months! Working through every step keeping me updated and helping me understand the process at the same time. I truly felt like they were fighting for me the best they could and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Even through this Covid pandemic they were right there to answer all questions and I would recommend Frank and his team above anyone else!

I was involved in a slip and fall accident at work on 11/13/2018 where I sustained traumatic head, neck and back injuries which caused me to have to file for workmen's compensation benefits. When I sustained these injuries I didn't know what to do or where to turn to my life had just turned upside down where I lost all control of my professional future. None of us realized the severity of the injuries I sustained and we certainly didn't think that my case was going to last for 3 1/2 years. Thank God I was referred to Frank Talbott to represent me as my attorney in dealing with the Vermont Labor Department, Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation Department, the insurance carrier that insured my employer and all of the medical professionals that were responsible for my neck fusion surgery, physical therapies I went through to get me back on the road to recovery. Frank Talbott is a soft spoken man that at first I didn't know what to expect from him. It did not take long for me to see his unparalleled level of professionalism as he helped, guided and at times consoled me as I dealt with the overwhelming mental and physical challenges that I had to overcome.
