Poor service and poor quality. I hired it with providing proof of my own insurance and they kept charging me for theirs. Called 5 times and they said they will stop and then they never did, kept charging it so I quit in the end and let them have those 13$ every month. Avoid if possible.

I initially left this five star review for Antoine. Antoine was both personable and efficient. He took the time to make sure I had the appropriate size unit for my needs, and he did it all with a smile. Thank you Antoine! Unfortunately now I must change it to a one star review. It is unfathomable to me that a company would rather lose thousands of dollars of my business over a one time unnecessary fee. I can understand a reasonable late fee, but not a fee that exceeds the price of the storage unit rent. Its just a bad business practice, and for an individual who needs the extra storage for my business, as inconvenient as it is, I will be moving my belongings elsewhere. In the words of the Storage Plus Employee Alex Do what you need to do Maam. Indeed I will Do not rent here Folks.
