        Naz has great customer service. He is knowledgeable about the property and is very friendly. He is always willing to answer all questions with a smile. Ive been renting at this location for one year. Ive never had a problem.

        Update: Today, four months after I moved in, I got a notice that my rent would be increased by 41%. (It's permitted by the rental agreement, but come on.) Additionally: there are two elevators, one on each side of the building. Last time I was there, one was out of service, so I had to walk pretty far to get to my unit. Breakdowns happen, but it's not the best layout. I'll have to look for an alternative, and I'm not happy that this happened so soon after I moved in. --- Moved in today. Its not as nice as the Wheeler Ave. location - older, less parking, carts are locked up by the office. But this location works better for me now, and its perfectly fine otherwise, so Im happy with it. The manager, Manny, was nice and helpful - handled three customers at once and came over to help get my unit open.
