After a couple hours of my car being at this establishment with them working on my oil change and tire rotation, I receive a call from Ron saying my car is ready for pickup. I take an Uber there and find out that they are not ready. I ended up waiting 30 mins. I was pretty upset that my time was wasted and asked to speak to a manager. Ron indicated his manager was in a meeting and he will call me when available. I am still waiting for the call.
This place doesn't care about their customers at all. It seems that wasting my time is of no concern to them. I will never go back here.
