I was a first time customer over the weekend on Saturday, 10/22/2022 with this company. Please do not waste your time and money with the so called mobile car detailing services that they offer and provide. I do believe that they have paid their family and friends to write them good reviews on here and provide them with 5 star ratings which is definitely not the case. The guy that responded back to my quote request provided me an estimate of $150 over the phone. When the worker arrived on site, he tried to charge me for a Sedan size detailing of $274 plus $150 for cleaning. My car is a 2020 Nissan Altima, so it is still a fairly new car. I take pride in keeping my interior clean on my own. When the worker arrives on site at my home, he was about an 1/2 hour late. He was supposed to be at my home at 1PM but didnt arrive until 1:30PM. He arrived in an old, rundown burgundy van which wasnt a legit mobile auto car detailing company vehicle which raised a lot red flags to me. He had all of this cleaning equipment stuffed inside the van. Since he was already at my home, I felt bad turning him and his business away. He spent about 3 1/2 hours on my vehicle in which my vehicle looked no cleaner than it did before. He did not clean several areas of my vehicle that I told him to clean such as my wheels, my trunk, minor scratch removal, and so forth. He cleaned my engine but water was dripping when he lifted the cover and he kept asking me to turn on the car before he left to see if it would come on. Also, I would come outside to the driveway to see how were things coming along in between the job and the worker was very DISRESPECTFUL. He did not listen to any of my instructions as of what I needed done to my car. He didnt want me to watch him work on my car or have any say as of how I would like the detailing and cleaning to be done and I was the paying customer. In addition, they used very HARSH and ABRASIVE chemicals on my car in which I was highly upset about considering it did more harm to my vehicle than good. Since the worker was late for the job, he collided with the guys that I had scheduled to do work on my driveway. They literally had to help him pack up all of his materials and equipment that he had scattered all on it. After he left for the day, I was able to take pictures of my car and text them about how unhappy I was with the services the next day because I couldnt park on my driveway for 24 hours. I was willing to come into the shop in which I think doesnt really exist. If you notice, they do not have a legit company address listed anywhere on their website, just a telephone number. After calling them back three times and they left me voicemail messages, they were more so interested in just receiving the payment than they were with correcting the issues with them providing me unsatisfactory services as a first time customer. Please stay far away from this business and do not support these types of establishments that are not willing to do right by their customers.
