        Janet Davis with Basset is truly amazing ! I had her completely furnish a very challenging small cottage on the Cape. She worked with me completely virtually and designed all of the rooms with dimensions of a home where every inch counted. She was very aware of my taste and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Super grateful for her and I would highly recommend her for your next project !

        I first discovered Bassett Furniture while living in California. I love the quality of their furniture. I still have pieces I bought in 2006. Moving to Virginia in a brand new home in 2019, I found Bassett in Fredericksburg. You get your own personal designer. Wendy has been my personal designer since 2023. She has helped me upgrade my dining room with a beautiful table made from real wood and a beautiful chandelier that I receive compliments on when anyone visits. I added a dresser to match my 6-year-old Bassett bedroom set (the furniture still looks brand new). Wendys design for my backyard patio is awesome, she included the colors that I love in the pillows and the cushion material is so soft and comfortable to sit on. The 6-chair dining table is beautiful in its space as well. The outdoor furniture has endured Virginias weather, Winter and Spring. Next, I will add the umbrella to the table in the color choice, most likely navy. Thank you Wendy for our talks and most importantly learning my taste in furniture and creating a design that will last years. I will send pictures soon.
