        We had an outstanding experience at the Short Pump store with Charles Jones. We were moving to Florida and he helped us decide what to put in our open concept family room. We had never used the space plan before, but it worked beautifully. Charles helped us pick out our colors around our oriental rug and the final result was amazing . If you need help with decorating and designing a new space, Charles can definitely help you ! The quality of the furniture is superb as well!! Diana

        I was greeted as I entered the store. I was looking for a small recliner. The sales associate showed me several different options. The store had several fabric and wood choices for the recliner I chose. My payment, delivery, and protection option were all explained well. Great service and excellent quantity of furniture and decor in the store. I highly recommend Bassett Furniture.
