THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL IS ONE THAT I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY OVER THERE OR DO AN EVEVENT THERE. THE BREAKFAST BAR IS NOT UP TO STANDARD, FOOD IS COLD AND THE SERVERS WHEN YOU ASKED THEM TO BRING OR DO A HOT FOOD FOR YOU WOULD SAY THAT THATS ALL THEY HAVE. BESIDES THAT THE SALES MANAGER TYLER AND THE GENERAL MANAGER MIRATALA VARGAS AND DEBBIE CARRILO ARE THIEVES AND NOT HONEST EMPLOYEES. SO THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED. I WENT AND DID MY WEDDING EVENT THERE LAST MONTH AND THESE PEOPLE TOLD US THAT IF WE RENT THE CONFRENCE ROOM IT WOULD COST US $707. AND THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PUT A DEPOST$150 TO HOLD THE PLACE. WHICH WE DID. THEY CHANGED THE PRICE FROM $710 TO $909.50. ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, WE GAVE THEM $909.50 IN CASH. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REFUND US OUR $150 DEPOSIT. THEY TOLD US THAT IT WILL GO BACK TO OUR CARD. THEY LIED AND DIDNT DO US THEY PROMISED. THEY KEPT ON TOSSING US AROUND LIKE A BALL.THE SHARED THE MONEY AMONG THEMSELVES. THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE BUT A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND LIES WHO LIKE TO STEAL FROM MIDDLE INCOME PEOPLE. when you ask them the say coporate would send you the money its been 2 months now coporate has not sent anything perhaps we would get the money the day jesus come and debbie got the nerve to tell me that its just $150. how come if it is just$150 then they dont give it to me from their own pockets. it might be nothing tothem but it id my sweat. debbie says we have sentyou the money in the mail but its pack of lies. how they send by signature from usps or fedex or they just put it in the mail who knows. please avoid bestwestern in leesburg at all cost . Rooms: very bad. dirty besdheets , dirtytowels, stinkyrooms, bed bugs
