Mason was professional, consistent, available, on time, and never waivered in his excellent service to us while shopping for, and ultimately purchasing, our new home. Despite our shopping for a home outside of his normal geographic area, he did not hesitate to do whatever was required to make it easy for us to find the right property. From the very first site visit through to the closing, and beyond, he answered every question and resolved every single issue as it came up. It could not have been better. I would not hesitate to call him again. If I ever sell I will do precisely that - call him again.

We employed Mason's services as a sellers agent. He is an excellent realtor, who genuinely takes time to understand the property, and sets priorities and expectations early. Specifically, Mason visited our home, advised what and how it needed to be prepared for photos. He then explained how the listing process would work, and kept us apprised of continuing tasks that would need to be addressed (preparing paperwork, etc.). Finally, Mason was a great and very prompt communicator with the buyers agent. He provided excellent insight on negotiation, and we were able to close on time, at target. Very pleased with Mason's services. He even went the extra mile to assist us with the final cleaning before the buyer's took possession. Five stars - 100%!
