I met Chase in the middle of the pandemic. He was leaving a local UPS Store and held the door for me as I was coming in. I immediately recognized his companys name as Id started following them on social media some months before. We exchanged pleasantries and I complimented his efforts and attention to detail with recent projects. We talked about the challenges of getting supplies timely and quality issues given the pandemic and you could tell that made navigating his business tough. Despite his concerns he was positive, honest, extremely passionate and his sincerity/ transparency left a lasting impression. He gave me his card and a year and a half later I reached out to begin the process of planning a renovation. From initial contact to completion of our project I have been thoroughly impressed. His team is compromised of thoughtful, hardworking individuals that put the customers experience above all. Words alone cannot express my gratitude for the highly skilled craftsmanship, planning and commitment that went in to making our project a complete success. No detail was overlooked and I will use them for all future renovation needs.

We recently completed a renovation and addition with Cardiff - during the final weeks of a pregnancy, and first few weeks of life with a newborn. Needless to say it was a crazy time, but they did all in their power to make it smooth. In addition to the quality of communication, timeliness, and professionalism, the quality of the work was well done and we love our new spaces. The team became a part of the family for those few months with our kids greeting them each morning. They were always on time and communicated each day what was being done and what to expect. We never had a lapse in productivity or action which was essential for my sanity being 36 weeks pregnant. When met with any feedback, they quickly addressed and remained optimistic and diligent throughout the entire process. They also made sure to clean up each day, replace air filters when needed, and take proper precautions to ensure a safe working area by limiting dust and debris. This level of attention to detail was crucial for our family - you truly get what you pay for with the level of service and craft from Cardiff. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, kind, skilled and efficient team!
