My husband and I had the daunting task of purchasing a home in a SELLER'S MARKET. Summer 2023. We will never forget it. Let's just say we thought the Red Sea was parting when someone FINALLY accepted our offer. Mark Costley and Tiffany Wooten got us across the finish line and were indispensable. The only reason why I didn't give Movement Mortgage five starts is because Xactus - the mortgage verification company that Movement Mortgage works with - kept getting the WRONG INFO about my husband's student loan balance. Xactus kept insisting that my husband had double the student loan debt. (In reality, it was much, much less.) Using a mortgage verification company that didn't prove to be accurate could have cost us this house!! It was stressful and unnecessary. I hope that Movement conveyed that feedback to Xactus. It would have been nice to had avoided this miscommunication altogether. Other than that, awesome job guys! Don't know how you do this for a living. SO STRESSFUL!
