Jason and the whole crew are very professional. There was great communication. We had installation of 2 roofs. The clean-up was incredible, they left our yard looking perfect. Jason with API was professional and communicated properly. The project was completed in one day and the team did a great job with the clean up process as well. API replaced our roof and skylights as well. Jason even provided additional photos of the rotten plywood and the roof framing during mid-project which was great for us, since we were curious about the condition due to water intrusion. I have used API for roof maintenance to prolong the life of my roof. When I call for inspection and proposal, he responds right away. I think his prices are very reasonable. I give my approval and shortly after his team is on the roof. They clean up any trash or nails. When it is time to replace, API will be my choice. I wish all the maintence on my house was this easy and stress free!
