If I could give 0 stars I would . This is a predatory tow company. Towed my vehicle not once, but three times from apartment complex and walk three times permit was on dash in plain sight. I had to ot fee to get it out all three times. Someone needs to shut these jerks down.

Quick and efficient service. Real Nice guy. Would use again, but hopefully the need to doesnt arise.

My girlfriend and her son have had their cars towed three times by this company from the apartment complex where they live. Each time the towing was not legitimate and no charges were paid. The employees apparently were unable to see or find the required and properly installed parking permits on their cars twice. On one of these unnecessary tows, the car had been parked in the same spot for several days. When questioned, the tow driver claimed that he had never seen the car there before. The parking permit tows are especially aggrivating since a police report is required to be filed by the towing company. When the report is filed, the police inform the towing company of the legally registered address for the vehicle, which is the address from where the car had been towed. The third time involved towing a car from a legitimate parking spot and claiming that it was a handicap spot. There were no handicap signs or pavement markings in the spot where the vehicle was parked. The owners for this company have been rude and condescending when they have been contacted after towing these cars without cause. The fact that there have been three incidents in a matter of a few months where these vehicles have been towed away without cause does not reflect well on the quality or integrity of this company or it's employees. If this site would permit, zero stars would have been given as a rating. It has been a completely unpleasant experience to interact with this business Service: Car towing
