        Would like to leave a 10 star review but could only choose 5. We are Canadians travelling home from Florida. Had an unfortunate axel event on our travel Trailer. Axel Spindle, drum and brakes were all shot. Don told us to get it in as soon as possible and they would see what they could do but they were very busy with multiple jobs. Dropped our unit off just after their closing at 5 PM. Got a hotel and stayed the night.. Went to See them first thing in the morning. Both Don and Charles knew our predicament about trying to get back to Canada. They literally manufactured us a new axle and replaced drums, brakes, bearings, and recommended two new tires. At 3 PM that same day we were able to pick up our trailer and be on our way. What an extraordinary example of customer service in a day when customer service is direly lacking. I Encourage anyone questioning this companys Workmanship and service to look no further. Thank you both Don and Charles and youll be happy to know that we made it safely home to Canada without any events
