Overall the floors I had installed are great, but the follow up regarding some minor damage done has been awful. I've called managers, left messages, texted, and over 3 months later still am being ignored.

Incredibly fair prices - high quality stuff too. All the lines from Mohawk, Kane, etc. everyones been professional and super helpful. I came to have a very large custom sized area rug made and Im leaving here all in for under $1700 for a 10x21 high end Mohawk SmartStrand Manhattan modern looking carpet thats been cut and finished around the edges.
