        I have a friend that lives there, besides neighbors that come out every time I go to visit him, and watch me knock on the door, or who are rude when I say good morning or afternoon and who all have cameras outside their front doors, it feels like a visit to a prison. The place defines nosey neighbors who have an opinion about you and everything. The rent is ridiculous for what they are asking for the small apartments, and you have to pay for your own water. I do not like going to visit my friend, I can't wait until he moves. Soon hopefully soon.

      Hi Keith, We are really sorry to hear that this has been your experience with other residents in the community when visiting your friend. We just took over management of these apartments in December 2023 and are working to address these issues as quickly as we can. We are making physical improvements to the property and now have an onsite property manager as well, who is working to address these issues. Previous ownership did not have anyone onsite and largely ignored the property, which we are trying to change! We always want people to feel comfortable. If your friend has any complaints he needs to file he can submit them to the office in person or over email at [email protected]. We hope you have a good day.
