Theres a woman named CINDY whom I only spoke to On the PHONE ONLY! Who laughed in my face and hung the phone up on me!!! Then I called back confused and when she told me SHE CANNOT HELP ME and hung up again! So I drove To the hotel and what a strange person to have as a face of this beautiful hotel! She was absolutely disgusting! Ill be calling general manager and calling corporate office! DO NOT come here she is horrific!

My name is Nehemiah and Id like to make it clear that everyone else Ive encountered outside of the front desk employee, Ms. Cindy, has all been incredibly hospitable, professional, and kind. Ms. Cindy however is absolutely the most unprofessional and disrespectful employee on payroll. She needs to be let go expeditiously before she does or says worse to another kind/patient/paying guest. She threatened myself, my kids, she threatened my family member who is a higher up with the company, and she threatened to kick me and my 7 little girls out of the hotel all because she chose to lie on them with false noise complaints after making it clear there are a lot of children in the hotel this weekend. For no reason, She chose pick on my kids and assume they were troublemakers. She hung up on another lady who called for help with corporates number because she thought it was me (this info I got directly from the lady who called for help as she had to come in and make her verbal complaint tonight after the incidents.) Front desk employee Ms. Cindy must go.
