        I called the agency about 8:30 AM for water damage from a busted pipe. An agent contacted me within 30 minutes and was at my house about an hour later. He was courteous and considerate. He was knowledgeable about my policy and answered all my questions and concerns. He assured me that I would only pay my deductible, and the rest would be taken care of by my insurance. He recommended an excellent local company to take care of the damage and who could also replace my floors. That company was there within about an hour of my agent calling him. I had State Farm several years ago, and they were not "a good neighbor." McGriff and Cincinnati Insurance are not only good neighbors, but they are also on your side!
