I am very happy Sleep Essentials customer! My first purchase was an AR3 about five years ago and it still sleeps amazingly. Since then that mattress has been moved to our guest bedroom. Everyone who has had the opportunity to use it so far, always asks where we got it from. My most recent purchase was a split queen AR2 on an adjustable frame. I strongly recommend the sleep essentials, latex mattress to family, friends and anyone looking for the best sleep possible! And let me just mention that it was at a fraction of a cost of memory foam. Up-date, we just purchased a new (AR2) KING size 9 & its absolutely FANTASTIC! Shout out to Lee, thank you so very much for providing an amazing chemical free mattress option!

We are totally pleased with our experience at Sleep Essedtials. Lee was very helpful and explained things clearly. He has a super video on YouTube. We bought the latex mattress and a split king bed. The latex is absolutely comfortable and is the best we have ever slept on. It beats memory foam by a mile and we dont sweat anymore like we did with the memory foam. Shipping was easy and prompt we easily assembled everything and were sleeping on the new setup the day we recieved it. Highly recommended !! Thanks Lee !

BUYER BEWARE!! THIS IS SUCH A RIP OFF! BY YOUR BED FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY! At first I was very excited to receive our foam to make our mattress. We had spoken on the phone and had a wonderful conversation and thought we were on the right path with this company. We went ahead and made a purchase of a king size bed. The switch over from a mattress to this was excruciating pain! We gave it some time and it did not get better. We called the company and after much argument we got different foam to go on the other foam to try to make it more comfortable. We have taken apart those foam pieces and reassembled them multiple times in every which way we possibly can to get it to work. My husband called the company today and spoke to them and even though it was explained to us that there was a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Now he's saying it's a 60-day comfort like where they'll send you the two extra foam pieces. You will be paying for shipping. These foam pieces are awful The company is awful and says one thing on the phone and then says another when you call them and have an issue with their product. We spent $2500 on these foam pieces to make a bed and they are extremely awful! And $88 to have the two other foam pieces sent to us. This company does not want to do a return or give us our money bacK. BUYER BEWARE!! THIS IS SUCH A RIP OFF! BY YOUR BED FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
