Mattress Firm Roanoke Electric Road

After much research and many visits to several mattress dealers, I made a purchase from Mattress Firm. Damian made the experience pleasant and easy. There were two other salesmen in the store and I was impressed with how seamlessly they worked together. I highly recommend Mattress Firm.

Damian was very polite and took time to make sure we got the best mattress for us. He was informative but not pushy and he was honest. He and his manager went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal on the right mattress. We appreciated their service!

During our first visit we worked with Robert who was very helpful in directing us to different mattresses (I'm a weirdo who loves extra firm only). We then came for a second visit and worked with Amanda and actually ordered the S&F Extra Firm as a King sized bed. Amanda was a joy to work with and after having just moved here was sharing fun facts about the Roanoke area (she told us about a spring festival and I am so upset I forgot what it was called ) She asked about delivery and I confidently declined and said we could handle moving the mattress ourselves. I was so wrong!! After delivering it to door the delivery man Melton commented on how we might find it difficult because S&F mattresses are HEAVY and I had never dealt with a king size before. After a sad attempt at moving it upstairs ourselves we sat it on the floor and promptly called Mattress Firm back to ask for Melton to come back out they arranged it so he swung by 2 days later and helped us take it upstairs. He was amazing at his job and honestly what a lifesaver, he was totally right we should have paid to help them move it from the start. Props to Amanda and Melton and we loved our Mattress Firm experience!
