claim # 6258768 ,never purchase a warrenty from this co. this is the biggest nightmare ive ever seen ,purchased a 3000,multi piece couch from va. furniture market ,one piece is bad ,they said they would repair it 1st before they replace ,16 weeks to get parts that are not even gonna fix the problem , needs to be replaced ,what a rip off company , cant even sit on this junk ,its a shame that franklin furniture market sells this con job of a product ,, THREE WEEKS LATER NOW ,THE RESPONCE IS BELOW FROM THEM ,BUT STILL NO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR ,NEVER AGAIN ,IF WE RUN OUR BUSSINESS THIS WAY ,WE WOULD BE OUT OF BUSSINESS ,AS THEY SHOULD BE AS WELL ,MAJOR CON TO ALL PURCHASERS

I selected and paid for a mattress on Sunday. It was scheduled to be delivered on the following Saturday. I waited all day for a call from the delivery person, as I was told they would call before the delivery. At 3:30 to 4:00pm, I heard nothing. I called the store multiple times to get an update, but it kept going to voicemail, although it was during business hours. I call again on Sunday and I am told that the mattress is on back order and they are unsure why no one called to give me an update. The mattress is expected to be back in stock in approximately 2 weeks. The salesperson tells me they will contact management to see what they can do to rectify the situation. She calls back and offers to send me the used floor model with a 100 dollar discount. two thumbs down.

Nice, clean store. A lot of choices of beds and chairs. Staff even showed me what their other stores had.
