Geek Squad

Took my girlfriends new iPhone to get the glass repaired. The phone is less than 6 months old, I watched it being taken out of the new packaging at the time of purchase. Brought it to Best Buy (an authorized) iPhone repair location. They called 30 minutes later to tell her there was a security screw stripped, and they could not make the repair. When we got back to the store, I asked them how the screw was stripped. They said they couldn't speculate how it happened. Then I confronted them by saying it is a new phone and screws do not come stripped from the factory. They denied any involvement and wanted to order a new phone from Apple with $100.00 additional cost to us. I told them that since they had stripped it, we shouldn't have to pay anything. They completely ignored me and charged her anyway. Unbelievable! They couldn't even admit they made the mistake or try to rectify the situation by offering no charge to us.. Terrible customer service!

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service I've ever had! Between them and Best Buy it was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!! I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy..... shouldn't be allowed to operate as a business.
