They have had my husbands phone for the last 6 months. We are entering the seventh month now. Issa took the phone in question to repair a broken screen and sold my husband another phone so my husband would have a phone to use during the duration of the repair to the screen. Issa told my husband that the phone would take 2-3 weeks because the screen had to be ordered. My husband returned to inquire about the phone only to find that Issa wasn't there. The second time my husband went Issa was called and said the phone wasn't ready. I myself called and spoke to three different people the third being Issa himself but none of them could give me a status update. Me and my husband both went in today and spoke with 2 individuals at the store one of which being the manager Antoine at the store. Antoine called Issa who was supposedly in New York (according to the sales associate and the manager). Issa claimed to have called various times with no response but no call was ever received. Issa stated that the phone was fixed and in storage and that no one available at the time had access to the storage. End result for the day I requested and received a signed promissory note from the manager Antoine stating that contact would be made tomorrow with the phone's status. This has been my worst experience with phone repair as of yet. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone ever. If this situation is not soon favorably resolved we will seek legal recourse. Tomorrow I will be travelling to obtain the precise information about the telephone from the company of purchase. After receiving said information we will make yet another trip an hour away to this business to reclaim the phone even if police or legal recourse is required. Wish me luck and definitely don't take your devices to this business and especially not to Issa. On the third trip todays trip we encountered a Hispanic man who was also a customer of the business and also Issa was the technician who the Hispanic man has entrusted with his computer. The computer had apparently come in for a broken screen as well and its been 4 months and although the screen has been repaired for some reason its still sitting in the floor of the business and apparently still doesn't work and now the technician intends to change the motherboard. Four months later and his computer still isn't working either. I don't recommend this business to anyone ever. DON'T TAKE YOUR DEVICES HERE!!! Finally found Issa and got the phone back. Ended up paying more for it than I would have if I would've bought a refurbished one online. Ive run into the Hispanics I met there and they were not able to retrieve their device back. It was a total loss for them. I believe if not for my persistance and threats of legal recourse then they may not have returned our phone.

Took my phone in there for a cracked camera lens on a 14 Pro Max the camera is so blurry now ever since theyve worked on it wouldnt recommend it
