Jason was on top of everything and always kept me posted on every topic of the case. He was very down to earth and upfront couldn't be in better hands with this man or the Law firm. I would highly recommend 6 stars if I could! Not to mention the staff was great!

I am so very thankful to Whiting Injury Law and the outcome of my injury case. Jason worked diligently towards getting me an acceptable settlement. He was able to get money from resources that I didn't know existed. He, or his secretary, made sure to communicate the process, and where my case stood, on a regular basis. Also, if I didn't understand something, they were patient with me and explained things in layman's terms, so I fully understood what was going on. Jason also included me in decisions and respected what my wishes were. I would recommend Jason Whiting to anyone who needed an injury lawyer. I was involved in a bad car accident back in March 2022. I had a truck pull out in front of me and I collided into him. I was not at fault. Insurance prolonged everything for so long. I called and spoke with Jason and then we ended up meeting in person. Jason is amazing. He is very professional, kind and so down to earth. He definitely cares about his clients for sure. When I first met Jason he really listened, seemed so genuine and always made sure I understood everything. He always kept me updated on anything going on with my case. He fought hard for my case and got the case settled out of court so I didn't have to go to trial. I highly recommend him. I can't say enough great things about him. He will definitely fight hard for what you deserve! If I ever need help with something like this again, he will definitely be the one I call!
