They have been handling our case since 2012. Took 40% of the settlement money for my moms wrongful death. Now there’s one more check and they’ve been sitting on for 6 months, keep giving us the run around about correctly issuing to us. 6 months! Never took that long before as long as they were getting a big fat chunk of change

Over a year and 3 paralegals later I am still waiting for compensation for a straight forward case. I kept getting the same old excuse that they were waiting on itemized billing records in order to move forward with the demand. This excuse went on from January 2021 until June 2021, that is because I had to retrieve the records myself and send them to your office. They quickly and easily emailed me the documents. I was then given the excuse “ providers are sometimes more responsive to requests coming from patients themselves“. Well as a legal counsel it would have been appropriate to request that I retrieve the documents but I forgot that is what I am being charged for yet I did it on my own and will likely be charged for that .
