after five years of living in Roanoke, I just stopped by here and I was surprised by all the items they offer, my first experience was really good and I will be back.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Very nice people. Appear to truly enjoy their jobs and the pet's. We were very impressed with the staff and care of animals.
