3 years ago I enrolled my son, who was 6 at the time, in KSA. I was looking for a community based, safe environment where he would learn discipline, commitment, self respect and respect for others and get some good conditioning at the same time. My hopes were far exceeded. Our experience with Grand Master Jenkins and the rest of the instructors at KSA has been nothing short of stellar. GM Jenkins and instructor, Bill, for example, are fathers whose children are enrolled in this program. They share a true compassion for and care about their students deeply. This is abundantly obvious when watching them interact with the young students. Respect and discipline are pervasive throughout each class/session but kindness and understanding are always shown. The children are encouraged and helped as they ascend the ranks. My son has grown and benefitted from the conditioning aspect as well. At this age, a good foundation of body awareness and control and physical conditioning are paramount to being successful at any other sport the child plays. I cannot say enough about the overall quality of this program, the amazing instructors, down to the very last one and how much my son has benefitted thanks to KSA. A 5 star rating does not do justice here. I would wholeheartedly recommend KSA to any parent of a young child.

Started taking karate when I was 11 years old at Karate Sports Academy. Grand Master Jenkins helped me achieve my goals and trained me for more than 20 years. I cannot recommend KSA enough. If you're looking to train hard and to find a second family this is the place for you.

I wanted to wait to write my review because i didn't want my review (good or bad) to be based off of a couple of sessions. But it's been almost 3 months of going 3 times a week and I can't say enough good things about this place and it's employees. They are very firm while also being very attentive and patient with every student they have. I came here not knowing what to expect but it became abundantly clear very early on that they were here to help, teach and nurture the strengths of every person that steps on that floor while also working hard on thier weakness as well. The level of confidence and respect my son has gained in just 3 short months has been amazing. If you've been hesitant to sign yourself or your children up I'm telling you right now, don't be. Grand Master Jenkins and all the K.S.A are phenomenal. Would give 6 Stars if I could!!
