This is the current location of James Lee's school on Saturday morning, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night. Excellent program and the best option for Tai chi and internal martial arts in the area. You can do it for fitness, martial arts or just to feel better. Highly recommended.

I went to my first Tai Chi class today. The instructor took the time to personally help me though the moves and ensure my form was correct from the start. The other students were very understanding of an absolute beginner. I went ahead and signed up for weekly classes. Can't wait to keep going on this new journey. I definitely recommend Cheng Ming!
