Maintenance is horrible . Concierge is never at the desk . Today I had a maintenance emergency and nobody responded to me 7 hours now. Elevators out of the order for several month . Water pressure problems in many units . Doesnt feel like luxury living when you constantly have to chase people and managment

Update after staying here for 5 months. My car was stolen last month on Sunday at 6 pm, and its real serious issue, I know for sure that I wasnt the only one that had a car stolen in the building and thanks God I did not go to the car at that time. Talked to management and no action has been taken so far. I was expecting they would hire private security company to secure our cars since car hijacking consistent happens here. So consider it when you sign the lease!!!
