        Not worth 1.7 million Every (available) unit looks the same. The amenities are subpar. And they units look like semi luxury apartments. Why would I pay almost 2 mil to live in an expensive prison I saw not one resident. The vibe gave a middle class casket. Save your money. Look elsewhere

        I went to the Monarch this afternoon to detail a clients vehicle and they were great. Nancy and Phil were very helpful and friendly. I have been to many other buildings and complexes but this is by far the best experience I have had. Thank you both.
