        I love the apartment complex. Its quiet, chill and safe. Pricing seems reasonable for the location. Only issue I have had is work orders not being addressed within a timely manner. But when I address the issue with the AWESOME AND MAGIKAL Assistant Manager things get handled. I enjoy living here a lot.

        Property owners constantly attempting to enforce ridiculous rules with no results, keep raising rent, and is next to impossible to get any repairs. AWFUL.
