The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. This is the second time weve stayed here. Ive read some of the other reviews, and I think the people complaining about the homeless are probably just not familiar with the area. Its federal way, there is a lot of homeless in general. Even if you stayed at courtyard Marriott down the road, theres still a lot of homeless. Also I saw a couple of comments about sand in the hot tub. This was not my experience. The pool and hot tub were both very clean both times we have stayed here. I think for the price you pay its a very decent place to stay, and we will stay again. The first time we stayed was in summer when we were going to wild waves, because it is very close to the park. Second time was while visiting Seattle. Its very closely located to Seattle without paying the extra fees you pay to stay in Seattle. Nearby activities: Wild waves theme park and Seattle
