Comfort Inn & Suites Pacific - Auburn

I liked the modern hotel lobby and room interior, and most of all, the room I stayed in was quiet and clean, and the furniture was arranged comfortably and well. It was nice that a delicious breakfast was provided and there was a small fitness room where you could exercise after eating. Additionally, the front desk staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place to travelers. Rooms: The room was very clean, the furniture was arranged well, and the interior colors all matched well.

I wanted to just say that the customer service here is great. Specifically, Amanda was very helpful when it came to me getting my mother-in-law checked in for her visit. She was very patient and was able to work through some hiccups through our third-party reservation. She was able to get everything fixed and i am grateful.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Years ago I booked a room at this location and I barely even recognize this place now. The owner has done an amazing job renovating it into a safe, clean and family-friendly hotel. During my stay Amanda, Airen and Robin have done an incredible job going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Relaxing in-door pool, sauna and hot tub. Breakfast service was delicious and all I could eat!! I firmly believe any negative review you see about this hotel are from scam artists trying to get a refund over the smallest inconvenience. I recommend coming over and finding out how great this place is for yourself!

By far this is the best hotel Ive stayed in , everything is just so nice and cleaned . Not to mention that Ive forgotten cash including import stuff and nothing goes missing Ive requested room service & they clean everything up and my stuff is exactly where Ive left it love love & I also love how sweet and caring Robin is shes so sweet shes just so happy and welcoming . Ive not only seen one but several guest talking to robin and talking about how amazing she is !! She truly is , shes the reason why Ive extended my stay shes so sweet she makes me feel so comfortable here very nice ppl here . Theres also a guy who works downstairs not sure what his name is. Hes very nice as well. I came downstairs a couple times because I forget my key to my room and not once he complained, or made any faces to me and Ive forgotten my keys several times and he has not been rude whatsoever. Hes very nice as well. I really recommend this: hotel its amazing service and everything. Rooms: Rooms are amazing really clean Safety: Very safe love it

Our host" DIO "was awesome the place was immaculate the breakfast delicious, waffles, yougurts ,fresh sausage, bacon ,eggs, potatoes and so much more cant even list. Indoor pool what an ammenity jacuzzi, work out gym with a rowing machine a plus, oh and the beds comfort does describe them....cable tv, easy wifi connect and a lobby fully stocked 5 second walk to a store or fuel or whatever your needs are right off hwy easy to find. I wont stay anywhere else next time and cost was super friendly for your wallet. seriously place was incredible and fun to be at. Rooms: beds are comfortable and clean lots o pillows too. Walkability: store close by and right off hwy east to get to. Food & drinks: the breakfast spared nothing full breakfast bar and drinks Noteworthy details: indoor pool kid friendly
