Bellevue Meadows Apartments

Here is my Journey at bellevue Meadows So far. Week 1: Move-In sheet: Noticed that the heater in one Room is broken and simply does not work. Informed the office, no action, for 1 week, had to really keep going to the office for such a basic amenity to be fixed after 3 whole weeks. Month 4: They start renovations in my next door apartment, without providing any notice to me, the workers worked from early morning 8:00, to late night 10:00, and had a very noisy environment. While I understand, that such things are unavoidable, there is absolutely no reason, to not provide notice. Month 8: There seems to be some issue in the plumbing, which is causing leakage in the downstairs apartment (I live upstairs, on 1st floor). The issue has been ongoing since 3 days, meanwhile instead of management taking responsibility, they are instructing me to refrain from taking baths. Is this even legal, to tell a tenant to just not use baths. They haven't provided a timeline for repairs, or any alternate solution.

No mailbox. I had to drive to 8th st to get my mails now and then. I moved out 3 and a half months earlier than my lease ends. Ive been charged 2 more months rent plus concession charges(~$300).

This is one of the most comfortable and welcoming communities that I've lived in. The on-site maintenance and management teams are very responsive and supportive. Neighbors are all friendly. Community is quiet and clean. I will sorely miss having my dinner at the Duck Pond with nature's feathery companions!
