If you live here dont let the office ever charge you with a cleaning fee when you move out! Because the new tenant will end up spending hours to clean it again. I moved back to AMLI a couple weeks ago and I picked up keys on the day my lease started. When I got to my unit there was no sign of it ever being cleaned, and even the leasing agent agreed it was not clean at all. There was debris and dust everywhere on the floor, stained cabinets (which I was able to scrub off later), dirty oven with grime, and most importantly the W/D was filthy with grime and previous tenants hair and pet fur. I gave them the benefit of doubt and let the office know about the issue, they apologized and mentioned its supposed to be spotless and promised me a deep clean. When I came back a few days later to move my stuff in, I could tell all they did was go over it with a vacuum and called it a day. The floor was still gross because a little mopping showed all the grime. The cabinets were never wiped and the W/D was in the same condition. It took me days to clean everything, and that is the last thing you want to be worrying about during a move. The pictures show how much lint I got out of the dryer vent after trying for 30 minutes straight (while enduring allergic reactions from pet fur), and thats not even all! Ive resorted to spending $15 on ordering a vacuum hose extender to clean out the rest of the dust. Its a shame because AMLI was great when I lived here years ago. I could go on and on about the other maintenance issues I faced at move in but the cleanliness was the worst of my experience. The great thing about this apartment is the location and view from the rooftop lounge. Very close to Downtown Park and Meydenbauer Bay. Update: AMLI's response to this post is claiming that their "vendor" did not meet standards. What really happened is they just had someone from their maintenance crew come in and vacuum. There was no vendor that came by to clean my place. This is not the vendor's fault, this is a management issue.

This used to be a good complex with good location and great maintenance staff. About 6 months ago the community manager left and now we are sharing Naomi with 3 or 4 other properties. It has become impossible to meet with the community manager despite repetitive attempts. At this stage, until AMLI get their act together and find a real community manager I would recommend to stay away. Walking into my apartments feels like walking through a construction site

The community manager, Naomi Cassidy, is hardly ever onsite and not available for the tenants. Had an issue that I wanted to discuss with her f2f, came by the office 6 times and she was never in.
