I needed a coolant pipe for my Mercedes B250e. I called them and gave them part number. The representative told me they don't have that part in their inventory and should order it from manufacture. I answered I need my car to be repaired as fast as possible, so I can pay an extra for the fastest shipping method if any available. The staff told me that we are ordering all the parts from Germany with the fastest shipping method which take around 10 days, and thats why they are more expensive than online shops. So, I ordered and paid for the part. After 14 days when I didn't heard back from them, I called them again. The representative checked order status and simply told me it just released from manufacture two days ago and it would take 20-27 more days to get the part! So, long story short. If you need your car to be repaired fast, NEVER order part to them. They will give you fake estimate time, catch your money then you should wait for months to get the part...
