        Terrible! I placed an online order online for two batteries for the ELT in my airplane. When visiting the website, I saw that Lifeline batteries are now available through Batteries+. I need two (2) Group 31 AGM STARTING Batteries for my boats bow thruster. Lifeline offers three Group 31 AGM batteries: The GPL-3100T (Starting), GPL-31XT (Deep Cycle 125 Amps/20hr) and the GPL-31T (Deep cycle/105 amps/20hr.). I also noticed that the website was offering several discounts. As such, I wanted to place an order today for two of the GPL-3100Ts. After I picked up the small batteries for my ELT, I inquired about the Lifelines, and emphasized that the ones I wanted are the starting batteries not the deep cycle or any other dual deep/starting battery. Once I mentioned this one of the employees (short haired one), was rude and interrupted me saying: ALL AGM BATTERIES ARE DUAL SERVICE DUE TO PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY. I responded that Lifeline has a Group 31 AGM specifically for starting. He again raised his voice as said the same: all AGM BATTERIES ARE DUAL PURPOSE. There are no AGM batteries that are not dual purpose! Given the lack of customer service skills, and not willing to listen I decided to get the batteries elsewhere. As I left,I told them, you just lost a $1000 sale; you should do your research. At that point the rude employee said loudly, NO, YOU SHOULD DO YOUR RESEARCH. Holy Crap, this is the worst customer service Ive seen in many, many years. Not only does this individual lack the most basic customer skills (listen to what the customer is saying), but is extremely ignorant about the products sold through BatteriesPlus.
