        Please avoid this location if possible!! They are frauds!!! [update] they added home protection to my plan without talking to me!! I caught them on spot and they denied it. And my sim was fixed within 10 mins in another (bellevue square location). (Original) had no expectation of this store but still this one failed very hard. I had a failed sim and came in to ask for help. The first staff was very rude and asked me to leave. He didnt want to help me at all. The second staff was patient but was clueless about what hes doing. He had no method of troubleshooting. I was getting a physical sim but he somehow was not able to get it fixed for 40mins. Then he tried to set me up with eSIM, but still could not get it done.
