Well, this store has been an experience. I've been told more then once that I needed to come back in a week after they get the part to repair my phone. Only to have them not contact me or to have me come in just to be told its not in. The final time I tried to deal with them the person on the phone basically told me they were never getting the part and to go look elsewhere. After like a few weeks of trying to deal with them. The person I dealt with in store while there was very nice and helpful to my face. The person on the phone was near rude. Ended up going through Samsung directly to get my phone fixed. Would highly recommend that route over Asurion in store repair.

I made the appointment online which was super convenient, I got a courtesy call the day of the appointment as a reminder. When I went to drop off my phone there was a short wait due to other customers. The phone was ready after about an hour. The only thing I didn't like was price as it cost about 1/3 of the phone itself but i'd rather have it done by a place I can trust than a shady place for cheap. Thank you for making my phone look new again!
