        In response to The OWNER. .. Lies = the Lenova was cleaned before accepted... "Rolling aound in " the dirt." is a LIE Sir.... As a Used Car dealership... I was not asked of the Lenovas performance. . BUY AS IS... These recycled electronics are NOT " parted" out false statement. . . Thus not stating any possibly issues... It is a resale item.... As Best Buy tested the Lenova + stated so.. 1 ish month ago.. . Owner surrender are not refurbished nor serviced , like used Car vehicles ...Buy as is...Electronics, same...game. . now you are aware of issues of course its parted out.... Pay more profits. Over priced.... Customers normally do not trade in a working electronic... DO NOT reply to this because I will keep on stating the truth.. .

      Hi Barbara. Your review is a little difficult to follow....are you happy you sold us a used device with a problem or are you disappointed in the $25 you accepted for the 5 year old laptop that only has 4GB of RAM and a 64GB SSD with an AMD processor? I'm not quite sure. In either case, resale value on a laptop with those specs is extremely low unfortunately and, most often, is used for parts - so any performance issue does not really matter much. Besides, the laptop looked like it had been rolling around in the dirt for awhile, so its probably best if we part it out anyway. I'm glad you stopped in and you chose to accept the $25 cash offer for your old laptop though! Thank you for being a customer!
