        I have been a customer of tmobile since 2014. i have been a huge magenta fan especially given its focus on customer service, until today. I went to the TMobile store in Bellevue Crossroads, to return my iphone 12 pro after receiving my new iphone 13 pro. I was met by a store representative by the name Sonia. From the outset she seemed very rude, and angry. She treated me very unfairly and spoke to me in an insulting manner. She was very careless with my phone. If the owner is reading this please can you provide me your contact information?

        Worth customer service ever had at T mobile store, where a manager don't even know why he is there and what is his job. Was there to restore my sim card and they sending me back to call to 611, When I asked the employee how calling T mobile customer service will help me to get a new sim card he told me sorry my manager told me we can't. That's ridiculous. Looks like in this days stores are just for selling to get bonuses not for helping customers !!!
