        Had my MacBook screen replaced, they were friendly and kept you up to date while doing the repair they replaced the screen in a timely manner. I had no issues. I chose them for my Apple warranty because they were local and repair was a couple weeks faster than taking it to Apple itself. Definitely recommend and will do all my Apple warranty repairs there. Thank you.

        I have a MacBook Air that hadnt been used in a long time and I cant remember the password. After chatting with Apple Support, they arranged for me to take my device here for support. The gentleman at the front was quite rude to me throughout our interaction and it left a bad taste in my mouth. If Im going to pay to have the laptop diagnosed and fixed, I will not be spending it somewhere that made me feel the way they did (especially after having to drive an hour each way to get there).

        I brought two very old laptops into GoEBITS for MacBook data recovery. One was at least 10 years old and the other at least 15 years old (remember the original white MacBooks circa 2008?) Neither computer had been turned on in years. I hoped at best they could recover files from the 2014 MacBook Pro and figured it would take a miracle to recover anything from the original MacBook. Well, these guys are MAGICIANS! They worked so hard to recover all the lost files (photos, videos, docs, etc) from BOTH hard drives and put them on an external drive for me. Memories I thought were lost for good, they resurrected! Im so happy and grateful for their data recovery services. These guys are really the best and their customer service is top notch. If it can be done, theyll figure it out. Id recommend them for all your computer repair & data recovery needs. Thank you to the team at GoEBITS in Bellevue!
