        Such a frustrating experience with Blue Nile. Ordered a bracelet for my fiancee with our daughters birthstone. Broke in the first week after I noticed it wasn't the quality I was expecting out of the box (not cheap, either). Customer service ran me in circles, had me send it back with the expectation of a replacement. A month later I called to get a status update and the gentleman said it was just getting in to be repaired. One month no communication, then instead of a replacement I was informed it would be another 15 days for repair. 45 days. I received it back, and it broke again in the exact same place after a week and a half of her wearing it daily. I hesitate to say this was total junk because I think I may have gotten a lemon, but the experience is/was so bad that I'll never be ordering from Blue Nile again. Have asked for a full refund, and I suspect it will be met with resistance. Update 12/13/21: company sent me a replacement after posting.

        Me and my wife bought quite a few pieces of jewelry from your business and the jewelry was beautiful. But one of the earring sets we bought was supposed to be white gold, my mother is allergic to other jewelry material. As soon as she put the earrings in her ear, her ears immediately turned dark red. She took them out, wiped the tips that go in her ear and tried again. Her ears turned dark red again. She ended up not being able to wear the earrings for my wedding, as they were her wedding gift from me and my wife. She had to put her other earrings in. Very disappointing.
