5-Star Service. I've been with this dental practice for 7 years! I've gotten zoom whitening with them. We've been through so much together. I highly recommend them. They have stellar recommendations that have always improved my smile, like getting a top of the line electric toothbrush. I can't thank them enough for the really great dental work on my teeth and mouth.

Run as far and fast as you can from this place. I had the absolute worst experience - I went in to get veneers replaced and both the dentists and assistants did the procedure incorrectly NINE times. The temporaries they put in place while the permanents were on order from the lab they use popped off of my teeth nine times. I had to go in six times in three days and no flags were raised that they should have handed the case off to someone else in the practice until I demanded it. Meanwhile, the lab they use to make replacements made them incorrectly twice but Optima did not hesitate to charge me for all of this - the incorrectly made veneers and the office visits. Not only that, they didn’t even check the veneers for defects until after they had numbed me for the procedure. Staff are also not taking proper Covid precautions. They do not wear appropriate protective eyewear or face shields and do not temperature check. The Dr and her assistant could not have been more rude or unprofessional. She refused to put temporaries on (after they had already come off eight times) until I demanded to be seen by a doctor, not an assistant, who also could not have been more rude or pushy and didn’t hesitate to blame her colleagues for poor previous work - people who work in the same office. Shockingly unprofessional behavior and unethical business practices.
